Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Horeca Sales Executive, located in Ho Chi Minh City. The Horeca Sales Executive will be responsible for developing E-distribution service and B2B channel key merchant group of Karavan. Guide and convince merchants of Horeca channel directly order through Karavan's application to achieve revenue, profit and number of merchants according to the target assigned by the Company by month/quarter/year.
Main Responsibilities
Make a list of merchants & identify merchant groups by size and potential level for the development priority.
Make a monthly working plan, update and report weekly sales results to the Head of Department.
Responsible for developing potential merchants (accessing, offering products, offering price policies, supporting, guiding merchants to place orders on the App/Web system, .. specifically for each merchant).
Identify the requirements of each merchant, then negotiate and coordinate closely with specialized departments, functions, .... within the company to adjust volumes, products, product specifications and service as required, and to ensure the compliance with company processes and regulations
Contribute to build and improve product and service features by providing feedback and providing the realistic data of market, merchant, and competitor.
Cooperate with the Finance department on merchant debt management, minimize the risk of bad debt arising for the company.
Summarize merchant feedback on products and services. Identify shortcomings, set up handling solutions, organize meetings to directly discuss, collect information, provide feedback with merchants to agree on the solution
Ensure full implementation of visits according to time and target.
Ensure the number of new openings and order sales by week/month.
Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Qualifications
At least 6 months of experience in Horeca sales, preferably candidates with sales experience in FMCG / Horeca/ Retail / Distribution channels / E-commerce, ...
Understanding of merchants, competitors, solutions (B2B channel) is an advantage.
Be disciplined in complying with the company's processes and regulations
Good communication & customer service skills.
Hardworking, honest, agile and love work in the market.

Working Time: 8:45 - 17:45 Monday to Friday (on-site) and 8:30 - 12:30 Saturday (work from home)
