Our client is a leading provider of release agents for rubber products in Vietnam. With a focus on enhancing the manufacturing processes of rubber shoe manufacturers, tire manufacturers, and rubber molders, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality solutions tailored to our clients needs.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, youll play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving growth within the rubber manufacturing industry.
Working hours: Monday - Friday (from 09:00 to 18:00)
Working location: Office / Warehouse within Ho Chi Minh
Requirements:
Conduct thorough research to identify and prospect potential customers within the rubber manufacturing industry, focusing initially on the Southern and Central regions of Vietnam.
Make cold calls and engage in strategic outreach to schedule appointments with key decision-makers at target companies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate release agent solutions.
Accompany customers on visits until they are fully acquainted with our products, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our release agents.
Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements We are looking for:
Bachelors degree preferred, with 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing sales. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
Proven ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for creating reports, presentations, and proposals.
Willingness to travel within Vietnam for customer visits, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
Hardworking, aggressive, and confident personality with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
