Description of the Role

We are looking for an experienced, result driven and customer oriented Sales Manager who will be in charge to develop and implement an effective sustainable sales strategy in the Country.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales in the own sales segment and will be a critical member of the local leadership team. We need a leader with strong organizational skills, curious and with no fear to cross the borders, that innovate and find new business, strong strategic competencies and very analytical.

Key Roles Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets in line with reserved conditions and DSO targets (Cash In)

Contribute in definingand implementing the local Marketing Plan

Hire, train and coach the sales team to ensure the right level of skills and competences on products, processes and systems completing the sales organizationin line with the market potential of the own segment

Execute weekly pipeline management reviews to maximize conversion rate and providereliable Forecast

Guarantee a systematic use of the CRM to have a clean, updated and complete database such ason marketing attributes, clusters, leads, etc.

Develop and create top locations to build an aspirational brand and generate home leads

Lead the sales team by maximizing performance,people development and engagement according to Company Cultural model

Guarantee continuous and proactive feedback from the market

Jobs Requirements / Technical and soft skills

3/5+ years experience in similar role preferably within the hospitality industry

Master Degree

Fluent in English

Sales Network management and organization

CRM management

Consultative selling approach, sales techniques, communication and presentation skills

Strong leadership which inspires colleagues and customers with high degree of empathy

Passion for Sports, Enthusiasm, Humility, Pro-activity, and Ethics complete the desired profile
