Job Description

to manage and report in a timely and accurate manner sales related data, evaluates and analyzes category management making recommendations as requested by Customer Lead/ Operation lead of Sales to help drive business.
Responsibility for Data management, Sales Analysis & Sales Dashboards
- Build, update and maintain Sales Dashboard monthly for business review
- Manage All Data related to CHC Retail Trade (sales data, territory, coverage, customers, channel, etc.)
- Utilizing appropriate analytical reports and tools provide daily support to CHC management team / Customer Lead/ Operation lead/ Regional sale manager/ Head of channel to help drive business in a timely and accurate manner
- Collect and report accurate and timely sales related data, evaluates and analyzes category management making recommendations as requested by management.
- Prepare reports and presentations for Sales Monthly Meeting for Customer Lead and Operation Lead
- Consolidate stock data by customer from sales team and make stock report monthly
Tracking and follow up sales performance/trade programs
- Maintain and tracking quarterly and yearly Trade Program - CVM Target by Customer performance. Provide weekly report and alert below the time gone to Customer Lead /Regional Sales Managers/ Chanel lead
- Regularly follow up and track sales performance monthly
- Create template report to follow up and track Trade programs, contest, etc. as per requirement
Calculation & Others
- Allocate Sales Teams Target, calculate by KPIs, finalize sales team incentive quarterly, and signoff as per requirement
- Coordinate with internal stakeholder and sales support to ensure the timely release CVM bonus quarterly
- Perform other tasks and ad-hoc analysis as requested
- Coordinate with Supply chain to allocate the stock by Region/ Chanel/ Warehouse as request.
Provide assistance for Customer head/ Operation lead for planning and organizing National Sales Meetings & Helping Head of Sales with communications and follow-up's
- Manage and allocate budget for meetings (Sales Meetings/Training/Town hall/Team Building, etc.) in case the meeting combines with other teams
- Coordinate & follow up with sales supports/Admin to ensure proper & on time support in organizing and logistics for meetings
- Consolidate all project information related to project meetings if required
- Support needed actions (post GR, etc,..) on system if get delegation from Operation lead
Corporate BOSD/ Growth performance responsibilities
- At any level of the organization, each individual is accountable for following all BOS guidelines and policies requested by the Group as well as contributing to the achievement of the BOSD objectives.
- Closely work with BOSD/ Growth performance team to aligne the data/ soure of data in system
Corporate compliance responsibility
- Every staff of Sanofi is accountable for assuring compliance's rules & ethic code when working with Health Care Professional to strengthen the company's image.
Education: College/Bachelor Degree of Business administration or Economics
Experience & Knowledge:
- Mandatory: 2+ years of experience in data, consulting, analytics
- Beneficial: Prior experience to other function (sales, customer servies, marketing)
- Business mindset
- English: good level
- Computer: Computer application, excel, word, power-point.
