1. Hoch nh kinh doanh F&B Service, Sales Retail, Trade Marketing (Sales Planning)
-Lp k hoch ngn sch nm ca Phng Kinh Doanh .
-Trin khai thc hin AOP v mc tiu kinh doanh theo tng thng, tng knh, tng a bn,theo chnh sch Cng ty.
-Cp nht tnh hnh bn hng theo Ngy/Tun/Thng/Nm.
-Phi hp vi b phn Sn Xut, Kho vn iu phi hng ti cc khu vc hiu qu.
-m bo qui trnh d bo bn hng c phi hp v xy dng gia cc phng ban lin quan.
-Tng tc cc phng ban lin quan tng hp nhng hot ng h tr bn hng v d bo sn lng tng thm phn nh vo d bo bn hng, cc yu t tc ng n nhu cu th trng nhm m bo d bo bn hng phn nh thng tin y , chnh xc sn xut v i ng bn hng thc hin t cc mc tiu Cng ty ra.
-Phi hp v trao i thng tin cht ch v cc k hoch hnh ng vi B phn iu phi v Kho vn m bo k hoch sn xut p ng nhu cu d bo bn hng.
-Phn tch, theo di v nh gi chnh xc ca d bo bn hng, tm gii php ci thin m bo chnh xc cao nht.
-nh gi, xem xt d liu lch s bn hng, khuynh hng th trng, xy dng d bo bn hng.
-Phi hp vi B phn iu phi v Kho vn sn xut, vn chuyn theo nhu cu ca th trng, n nh tn kho theo chnh sch Cng ty.
2. Phn tch kt qu kinh doanh (Sales Performance Analysis):
-Theo di v cp nht kt qu hng ngy ca theo tng a bn, khu vc,
-Phn tch d liu bn hng, cc ch s nng lc ca h thng d bo kt qu, nhn din nhng ri ro lm nh hng n kt qu kinh doanh ca thng, chuyn cho cc b phn chc nng gii quyt
-Phn tch nng lc ca i l, Khch hng, i ng bn hng hng ngy t a ra nhng d bo ri ro c th xy ra trong qu trnh hot ng v xut iu chnh chnh sch khi nhn thy nhng im cha ph hp
- xut tiu chun ha v chnh sch, quy trnh hot ng bn hng nhm gip cho cc hot ng bn hng tr nn thun tin, d kim sot v t kt qu mong i.
-Pht trin cc bo co trong quy trnh bn hng v tiu chun ha bo co bn hng.
-Pht trin cc quy trnh ca Phng Kinh Doanh Ni a, phi hp vi cc phng ban khc pht trin cc quy trnh c lin quan n Phng Kinh Doanh Ni a
3. X l cc vn lin quan n bn hng & khch hng
-Gii quyt tt c cc vn lin quan n hiu sut bn hng mt cch kp thi.
-X l cc khiu ni, thc mc ca Khch hng khi nhn c thng tin t b phn Customer Service
4.DMS Support
-Tng hp, cp nht, kim tra Data u vo trn h thng DMS/CRM t cc b phn Sales/Trade MKT.
-Thc hin ng Quy trnh ca Ban Qun tr h thng/ i tc c gii php p ng c yu cu qun l ca Cng ty v iu kin vn hnh thc t.
-o to, hng dn, h tr Phng Sales/Trade MKT/Khch hng cch thc s dng, thc hin cp nht d liu vo h thng & cc nghip v lin quan khc (nu c).
-Lm vic vi cc B phn lin quan t c s lin kt v m bo trin khai & vn hnh hiu qu
5. iu phi Sn xut
-Tng hp, cp nht tnh hnh nguyn vt liu, bao b p ng k hoch Sn xut
-Theo di tin Sn xut v bo co n cc b phn lin quan
-Phi hp vi b phn SCM cp nht lch ly hng t Nh my p ng hng ha v hng mix cho tt c cc phng ban trong Cng ty.
6. Cng vic qun l hnh chnh (Admin)
-Kim sot cc iu khon/gi/.. trong hp ng ng vi Chnh sch ban hnh ca Cng ty.
-Qun l cc ngh thanh ton, xut chi ph listing, thu k, sampling, Activation, CTKM ca Sales/Trade MKT
-Qun l thng tin khch hng, qun l hp ng i l/MT/Khch hng
-Qun l vic tnh thng, cc khon h tr cho i l/MT/Khch hng
-Gim st l trnh di chuyn thm ving khch hng ca Nhn vin bn hng ca cc knh so vi l trnh c xy dng.
-Qun l vic tng hp, r sot h s thanh ton chi ph cng tc ca i ng nhn vin Phng Sales/Trade MKT.
-Kim tra tnh tun th Chnh sch, Quy nh, Quy trnh ca Sales/Trade MKT/PG trn h thng v bo co n cc b phn lin quan.
