Job Description


  • Prepare accurate written correspondence including letters, contracts, reports, internal memos, and other documented matters related to works
  • Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls in accordance with SOP and assist with sending quotations to clients
  • Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times
  • Maintain current filing system and prepare reports
  • Ensure completing the daily tasks, including generating various reports, site inspection, filing, sending quotation/offers, promotions via E-blast, follow-up and contracts
  • Perform other duties as assigned by DOSM
  • Able to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines
  • Good customer serviceskills
  • Good command in both speaking and writing in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software, and property management systems
