Position Summary

Initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities in the assigned region for the range of Company's products, with special emphasis on growing the assigned industry business volume and achieving the sales and income targets set by the Company

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities for the assigned products and toachieve the desired growth in business volume reflected in the individual's ePMStargets.
  • Actively visiting customers every day.
  • Prepare sales plans and secure orders, solutions, and services, to achievethe sales and income target (monthly/annually) as assigned by the SalesManager/General Manager.
  • Identify and establish new customers as well as new business opportunities toensure successful market penetration and development, with special emphasison the project and end-user market.
  • Update visits report, 20-day planner, and opportunity pipeline in C4C.
  • Undertake any other tasks as and when assigned by the Sales Manager.

Job Specifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales roles in Industrial Equipment, Building Equipment, and Renewable Energy.
  • Self-motivated, sales acumen, negotiating skills, and can work independently.
