Job Summary
Lead South Green Field construction site work supervising and ensure zero LTI
- Compliance with legal requirements and Suntory PepsiCo standards.
- Ensure health & safety for worker and employee
Job Responsibilities
- Construction site work safety management
- Collaborating and leading all contractors to follow safety guideline as representative person of SPVB
- Observe daily work for main-contractor and also sub-contractor and low-level workers
- Conduct daily meeting to ensure health & safety and highlight potential hazard activities
- Conduct daily Gemba walk and complete inspection report on time (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Identify potential hazards at construction site and report those hazard potentials and request corrective action/preventive action to Contractors.
- Ensure consistent updates of EHS information notice board and effective usage of this board
- Cooperate with SPVB project team and EHS team to ensure site safety
- Take lead to do RCA and CAPA for all incidents may have at site
- Assessment and approval of contractor safety plans
- Carrying out drills and exercises on managing emergency situations
- Governance and compliance
- Educate and promote awareness among contractors on EHS aspects through training, discussion, and enforcement of EHS regulations
- Ensure equipment and working environment in compliance with Suntory & PepsiCo global policy and local legal requirements.
Your Team
Skills And Experience
- Bachelor degree, major in H&S or Technical
- At least 5 years of relevant experiences in which 2+ years at managerial role.
- Good knowledge of Best practice tools in Operations
- Solid knowledge and experience in H&S matters
- Excellent facilitation and influencing skill
- Result oriented and strong people development skill
- Advanced English; Proficiency in Microsoft office
Education
Bachelors in Engineer or Environment Health and Safety
