Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing customer service, hiring, managing food & beverage operations and maintaining effective communication within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills
• Experience in hiring and managing food & beverage operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is desirable
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
