Reviews a draft report generated by the Report Typist
Reviews for the correctness of the report template, test results and buyer requirements
Updates the team of the updated buyer report template, SOP, requirements and sending rules
Communicates with Key Account Managers for any clarification related to the buyer manuals
Communicates with Technical team for any issues related to testing
Coordinates with CS for any information related to TRF, report or sample
Approves report in the system (OTS) and/or any buyer related systems
Keeps abreast of updated buyer manuals, SOP and other related documents
Uploads reports to buyer specified systems. Provides report summaries whenever needed
Maintains laboratory documents/records in compliance with ISO 17025 principles
Ensures confidentiality of the test reports and in compliance with company's integrity policies
Other tasks as maybe assigned
Qualifications

B.S. Chemical Engineering, Garment or Textile Engineering, Garment Technology
With at least 2 years work experience in a testing lab or Quality assurance related to textile/garment
Additional Information

Basic computer skills
English skills (basic)
Flexible and can work under pressure
