  • Understand all client requirements
  • Check the client requirement compare to actual result.
  • Release the reportwithin TAT.
  • Clarify all information with technician if any concern about the result.
  • Review test assignment vs sample Support test plan on reporting query
  • Clarify unclear information of testing program with KAM
  • Check and approve corrected reports.
  • Join technical training and system training from internal & external
  • Update report template/ Data manager SOP to Report Typist
  • Co-orporation and support all team members
  • Provide revised report request if own mistake
  • Other assignments upon getting request

Qualifications

  • University or above
  • At least 2 years of experience in TIC industry
  • Good typing skills Good communication skill
  • Good in English and Ms Office
