Monitor the emerging regulatory trend which may affect business. Prepare and view in advanced all registration doc and label renew as well as Quality Doc submitting to MOH as required.
Execute Vietnam, Pepsico and Suntory guideline and policy in regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare, submit dossier and monitor activities to ensure the completion of new product registration, label expansion and renewal of certificate.
Register and get import license for ingredients, packaging materials as well as finished goods.
Register and get certificate of free sales for exporting products.
Provide the integrative SRA input to all product development on claim, ingredient and food additive usage.
Identify the opportunities for product claims.
Manage, guide, support and coordinate with QC Manager to get and re-register the certification of Food Safety Eligibility for establishment in Productions and Trades for all Pl plants.
Update and inform related departments like marking, procurement, QC and Regional SRA on new laws, policies on SRA and importing/exporting related.
Execute Pl guideline and policy in scientific and regulatory affairs for beverage.
Manage testing program for raw materials, water, finished goods based on Vietnam regulation and PI requirement.
Execute other ad hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager

Skills And Experience
University degree in Food Science/ Tecnology, Chemistry
Minimum 7 years experiences in Food/Beverage manufacturing and registration
Deeply understand regulation about food quality and safety
