To drive L'Oréal Group's regulatory strategy by ensuring product compliance across the entire lifecycle. This role acts as a critical link between Research & Innovation (R&I), Marketing, and local authorities to ensure business continuity and brand protection in the Vietnam market.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Compliance: Implement L'Oréal Group's regulatory affairs strategy. Ensure all product development and marketing activities comply with local and international regulations, specifically for Cosmetics and Chemicals (REACH/GHS).
- Lifecycle Support: Provide end-to-end technical and regulatory guidance, from the initial research phase through to final market launch and post-market surveillance.
- Reporting & Quality: Lead the compilation and submission of high-quality regulatory dossiers and reports, ensuring 100% accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines.
- External Representation: Act as the company's official representative in technical working groups and professional industry associations.
- Regulatory Intelligence: Proactively monitor scientific and technical-regulatory developments. Analyze potential impacts on business operations and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Systems & Process Improvement: Contribute to the optimization and development of internal information systems to improve business line efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the global technical-regulatory network on cross-disciplinary projects and provide local validation for marketing and communication materials.

Differentiating Competencies
- Industry Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs. Direct experience in the Cosmetic industry is highly preferred.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of Vietnam's regulatory framework and health authority requirements.
- Agility & Commitment: Highly coachable with a strong desire for continuous learning. Demonstrates a high level of commitment and ownership of results.
