1. Ensure the healthy and rapid development of the business in the area under its jurisdiction, ensure the delivery of business goals, and implement process management and supervision.
2. Possess rich business knowledge and experience, can guide the improvement of subordinate employees business ability, and at the same time can summarize their excellent experience and actively share.
3. Actively collect various information through different internal and external channels to understand industry & professional development trends.
4. Use professional experience to predict possible problems, obstacles or opportunities in the work.
5. Fully understand the superior's intention, effectively decompose the company's strategy, formulate future development plans, and determine the business strategy.
6. Invest energy to improve the efficiency and quality of recruitment, attract outstanding talents in the industry, and ensure the supply of team personnel.
7. Create conditions for the team to improve work efficiency through measures such as team atmosphere construction, personnel allocation, division of labor and cooperation, and process optimization.
8. Pay attention to the career development of team members, combine teaching people to fish and teach people to fish, and give targeted feedback and training according to the different situations of employees.

1. Bachelor degree or above, have experience in cross-city team management, and have managed teams of more than 20 people
2. Have a certain understanding of O2O business and have a strong business understanding ability
3. Good organizational and coordination skills, affinity and leadership, good at active thinking and sharing
4. Have strong risk awareness and insight have hospitals, foundations and government relations resources preferred
5. Able to adapt to business trips
