To continue building a strong and professional organization, UNI is looking for a Recruitment & Internal Communication Specialist — a key position responsible for attracting top talent and strengthening our internal culture. This role plays a vital part in shaping UNI's employer brand, ensuring that our people strategy grows in parallel with our business expansion.

Brief description of job duties

1. Recruitment

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans for key and specialized positions in alignment with UNI's business goals.
  • Research and identify effective recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates in logistics, customs, and consulting sectors.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with departments and the Legal team to ensure a transparent and compliant hiring process.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience, promoting UNI's image as a professional and reliable employer.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on progress and performance.
  • Represent UNI at career events and networking activities to build talent pipelines and employer visibility.

2. Internal Communication

  • Plan and implement internal communication activities to enhance employee engagement and reinforce UNI's corporate culture.
  • Create and manage content for internal and employer branding channels (emails, intranet, fanpage, newsletters, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop campaigns introducing UNI, its departments, and open positions.
  • Support company-wide cultural programs and events such as Year-End Party, Teambuilding, and Appreciation Days.
  • Collect feedback from employees to improve communication effectiveness and overall workplace morale.

II. YÊU CÂU NNG LC/ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS ·

/Education:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • Language proficiency: Intermediate English level.

2. Trình chuyên môn/Technical/Professional:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a headhunting company (experience in logistics or consulting is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficient in recruitment tools and job platforms (TopCV, LinkedIn, vieclam24h, etc.).
  • Skilled in writing and editing content for internal and employer branding.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Intermediate English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Basic design or video-editing ability (Canva, CapCut) is a plus.
