Job Description:
- Prepare and take part in planning meetings with hiring managers to guarantee that all hiring procedures will be carried out efficiently.
- Arrange end-to-end recruitment activities for inside and outside office according to business needs.
- Handle the recruiting manager's expectations and set interview processes.
- Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
- Evaluate the knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes of applications.
- To ensure a smooth experience, manage offers, negotiate, and assist new hires.
Requirements:
- 10 years of solid experience in Recruitment
- Well-rounded in recruitment sourcing channels
- Excellent communication skill
- Good negotiation and decision-making skills
- Basic Microsoft Office/ Google Suite is required
