This is a full-time role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and recommending candidates aligned with the company culture, values, and business objectives. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Writing and publishing different job ads and follow up on the job boards.
Sourcing, hunting potential candidates and developing recruiting strategies to build a strong network of technical candidates.
Identification and qualification of potential candidates by different tools/techniques.
Managing entire recruiting process and closely follow up with all on-process candidates.
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites, providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Improves recruitment process attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices.
Manage job offer including negotiation and administration.
Responsible for orientation/induction program to new hire in order to become fully integrated.
Managing candidate database and recruitment reports.
Implement employer branding initiatives, both internally and externally.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Other duties are assigned by TA Manager.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience within a recruiting role; experience in recruiting for industrial manufacturing field is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in recruitment CRM, applicant tracking systems, and HR databases.
Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and interview skills.
A team player, with a proactive approach to work.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple recruitment efforts simultaneously.
