  • Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience by ensuring candidates are well‑qualified, engaged, and fully informed throughout the process
  • Manage offers and negotiations as needed, successfully closing candidates while meeting or exceeding productivity and SLA/KPI targets
  • Collaborate across teams to remove bottlenecks, improve funnel performance, and mentor support teams on best practices and client culture
  • Maintain excellence in technology and compliance by ensuring real‑time data accuracy across systems, flagging risks, and supporting demand planning and talent pooling initiatives

Skills & Requirements:

  • People‑centric and process‑driven, with the ability to influence stakeholders, prioritise effectively, and deliver results
  • Strong stakeholder partnering, communication, and expectation‑management skills, with a sense of ownership and pace
  • Proven ability to prioritise, problem‑solve, and maintain accuracy in a fast‑moving environment
  • Resilient, growth‑oriented mindset with a track record of delivering against agreed targets
  • End‑to‑end recruitment experience (internal or RPO), with exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or automation considered a strong advantage
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese, comfortable using ATS/CRM platforms, MS Office, and working within compliance frameworks
  • Open to a 1‑year rolling contract and working from the HCMC office three days per week
