We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in talent acquisition, and experience in recruiting both IT & non-IT positions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization through innovative recruiting strategies and campaigns.
Post jobs, search for talented candidates, create recruitment sources;
Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment;
Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client;
Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates;
Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond;
Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities;
Arrange & follow up on interviews and tests;
Other tasks required by higher HR Manager/ Team Lead.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field;
Minimum over 1 year of experience in Recruitment Role;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
Ability to adapt to recruitment-related tools, and work in an English environment.
