We are a growing short term rental agency looking for a dynamic and experienced real estate agent to join our team in Saigon. We specialize in short-term apartment rentals and aim to rent around fifty apartments throughout Vietnam. We have a database of loyal customers ready to enjoy their vacation in Vietnam and are looking for quality apartments located in strategic locations.
The Role
Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a real estate agent, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and negotiating apartment rentals for our portfolio of clients.
You will work closely with our team to identify properties that meet our strict criteria for quality, location and price.
You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with landlords and property managers to ensure a steady flow of properties available for rental.

Qualifications
More than 10 years of experience in the real estate sector
Have a valid real estate broker's license
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Solid understanding of Saigon real estate markets
Ability to work independently and in a team
English proficiency to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
