Job Description


Responsibilities:
    • Review and improve the document system
    • Analyze, assess risks and provide solutions to improve the processes, policies, operating regulations of the
    • , prepare, monitor and complete the document system development
    • periodic meetings with each level in the SOP committee to update the progress of document

    • review and evaluate the adequacy, validity and compliance of the policies, processes, and regulations of the Departments in particular and of the Company in general, as well as propose appropriate solutions to ensure effectiveness in
    • timely resolution of internal control deficiencies and guide action
    • periodic reports (week/month/quarter/year) by the Regulation on management and supervision of operation

Requirement:
    • Preferably with 1 min year working experience in document control position ISO 9001:2015 Internal with logistics services companies will be a definite advantage
    • Bachelor degree in Logistics/quality management.
