Job Description
This position is responsible for generating strategic plan to drive and improve the business processes and increase production output
Job responsibilities:
- Establish/embed quality management systems such as (ISO9001, TQM, TPM, 5S,etc.)
- Lead quality improvement, sustain actions have deployed in frontline monitors, and reports on quality-related team performance.
- Apply the PDCA cycle to continually improve the process & system based on data and feedback.
- Support and conduct internal/external management system audits, and manage audit results, actions, and completion within the agreed timeline.
- Sustain a practice/culture that fosters the desired mindset and behaviors within the organization, ensuring their continuity and lasting impact.
Job requirement:
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in Quality management systems in multinational manufacturing company.
- Bachelor degree in Industrial system engineering, or chemical engineering is preferable or any related engineering fields.
- Capable of project management in planning, organizing and managing projects to achieve goals
- Good command of English proficiency.
- Knowledgeable and experience in ISO 9001 is required, have experience with TQM, TPM ,Six sigma, 5S is a plus.
- Familiar with Problem solving-QC story, 5Why, statistical analysis and QC 7 tools are preferable.
- Strong communication in Vietnamese and English both oral and written, interpersonal, communication and capable to lead team.

Job Information:
Location: Long Son Commune, Vung Tau City (on-site)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)
Shuttle bus provided, meal provided, housing & transportation allowance provided.
