Audit the HR information between paper files and data on the system.
Report the audit results periodically every month, quarter.
Coordinate the inspection of the implementation of HR processes according to ISO standards.
Support other tasks as directed or assigned by management.
Requirements
Final-year student from Human Resources, Quality Control, Industrial Management, etc. Interested in handling files/data or wanting to develop a career in the HR field.
Able to work full-time in 6 months.
Ability to do multi-tasks.
Attention to details.
Ability to work proactively.
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Have planning, time management and organization skills.
Have interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good at English.
Eager to learn, persistent, and has logical thinking.
Having knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard is preferred.
