What You Will Be Doing- Participate in the review/analysis of requirements and user stories.
- Ability to analyze customer escalations to find root causes
- Ensure adequate test coverage by maintaining test plans and cases.
- Assist with the full range of test execution, including:
- Usability Testing.
- Exploratory Testing.
- Acceptance Testing.
- Performance Testing.
- Supportability Testing.
- Automation Testing.
- Stress Testing.
- API Testing.
- Assist with creating and reviewing product documentation.
What We Need From You
- Must be in the third year of a 4-year (or more) Bachelor program in computer science.
- Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of testing software.
- Basic knowledge of development life cycles, application development, and network/system environments.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Good written and verbal communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical, self-management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of other engineers.
- Able to work 32 hours a week
It Would Be Nice If You Have
- Experience with networking technologies, MongoDB databases, Linux, and virtual applications.
- Familiarity with agile software development.
- Scripting and Automation testing experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Cypress.
