Salesforce Attraction/
Salesforce Attraction/ Thu ht Lc lng bn hng: (80%)
Working as a representative of PruVenture - together with Salesforce Recruitment Team, engaging with job applicants and in the marketplace, in order to build the goodwill that attracts top sales, from communication, attraction, recruitment to development journey. Including: develop various sourcing channels & employer branding (EVP) as well as Internal/External relationship management (Marketing, Procurement, HR vendors, etc.)
Salesforce Development/ Pht trin Lc lng bn hng: (10%)
Coordinate with Distribution Training and HRBP Distribution to analyze and create Salesforce career roadmap in line with business development roadmap.
Culture & Engagement/
.Understanding the unique perspective of PruVenture's sales force, business needs and priorities, in order to improve employee interaction with PVA in general and PruVenture in particular.
.Collaborating closely with PruVenture Sales Management Team and other cross-functional teams, this position may also analyze data to determine which audience engagement techniques are succeeding and which ones need to be revamped.
.Working actively to help positively influence PruVenuture and corporate culture to ultimately retain top sales.

  • Recruitment:
    • Develop, implement and update recruitment strategies, funnels, and procedures
    • Work closely with sales and training team to deliver the recruitment target
    • Proactively search, build and diversify the recruitment sources (internal, job posting, referral, vendor)
    • Plan and coordinate with event team to organize career fair/networking event
    • Qualify candidate using several methods.
  • People Management:
    • Train and supervise recruiters to perform recruitment activities
    • Take corrective action with subordinates when performance needs improvement, provide coaching and support when necessary
    • Encourage high teamwork spirit, build bridges between teams
    • Be a role model for subordinates.
  • Operation & Risk Management:
    • Build and maintain the effective relationship within team, across various levels and functions.
    • Foresee the conflict and develop various solutions
    • Be responsible for the development of the annual functional budget in collaboration with senior management.
    • Ensures that all the business's recruiting practices comply with the applicable regulations, both internal and external.
  • Others:
    • Actively attend and engage in The Gallerie training classes
    • Lead and encourage new initiatives in a team
    • Promote think Out of the box
    • Other tasks and projects as assigned by managers

A. Educational background and professional experience:
1. University degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources/ Economics
2. At least five years working experience in Human Resource preferably in insurance/banking/finance/consulting organizations
3. Foreign language (English)
4. Good understanding of insurance market and Financial services in Vietnam
