Job Description

Scope of work:

  • Set up the operations budget
  • Set upstandard templates and prepare for reports including operational report, profit & lossstatement, periodical operation plan, etc.
  • Assist developer in handover process of theproject and provide related documents;
  • Ensure the smooth operation and co - ordination of all activities related to maintain the highest possible standards of the Management company commitment and Client's expectations;
  • In charge of running the operations of building ( Serviced Apartment)
  • Work closely and build a good relationship with tenants and the landlord alike;
  • Ensure that the Building Tenants comply with their obligations to pay all rent and other amounts payable under the Leases
  • Strictly control all expenses related to property and effectively utilize budget to avoidoverspending.
  • Ensure that all operations andmaintenance must be undertaken in accordance with the policies and agreement ofdeveloper and their contractors
  • Handling legal issues such as lease violations, and disputes with tenants.
  • Administering lease agreements, ensuring all terms are upheld
  • Providing regular updates and reports to Landlords and BM on property performance
  • Maintaining the property's physical appearance, ensuring overall cleanliness.
  • Ensure all new employees will officially be welcomed and attendcompany's orientation;
  • Involve in recruitment interview, train as well as give each staff chances to develop themselves
  • Administering lease agreements, ensuring all terms are upheld
  • Being available to respond to property emergencies 24/7.
  • Providing regular updates and reports to Landlords and BM on property performance
  • Conduct aminimum of 2 performance appraisals per year for all staffs;
  • Perform other tasks as requested.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding in property management, especially experiences in hotel and building management is preferred;
  • Knowledge about hospitality/business management
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi- task;
  • Graduated with college / bachelor degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in related fields;
  • Proficient English (both spoken and written)
