Role mission
- Drive growth for Schneider Electric by developing project pipeline, creating new demand, winning industrial and infrastructure opportunities, and activating channel ecosystem across the assigned territory.
- Coverage Territory: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri
- Candidate is currently based in Thanh Hoa/ Nghe An/Ha Tinh/Quang Tri
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new projects in factories, industrial parks, utilities, infrastructure, and commercial developments in Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri.
- Build strong relationships with:
- FDI manufacturers
- Industrial zone developers
- EPC / M&E contractors
- Panel builders
- Local authorities / utilities
- Distributors / channel partners
- Drive orders conversion and forecast discipline.
- Promote Schneider Electric portfolio including:
- Power Products: MCB, MCCB, ACB, meters, LV distribution, busway
- Power Systems: RMU, MV switchgear, infrastructure electrical solutions
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Tendering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical teams.
Job requirements
- University degree in Electrical or Automation Engineer
- 5+ years B2B project sales experience, Strong hunter mindset
- Electrical / industrial market background
- Technical-commercial capability
- Existing network in Thanh Hóa / Nghệ An / Hà Tĩnh/ Quảng Trị is highly preferred
- High mobility and ownership mindset
- Business Understanding: Market knowledge in area of work, exposure & awareness of Industry end-market
- Schneider Electric products & equipment
- Presentation & communication skills, spoken & written English
- Knowledge of contracts/tender, finance and project management
