Job Description

1/ Participate with departments in preparing and deploying exams
The project company has signed an economic contract with the investor (If required)
2/ Risk management, change management
- Prepare and implement project management and risk management plans .
- Report on action plans of CHT and others. Committed targets, risk assessment, and measures
prevention during company briefings
3/ Receive project documents (contracts, quotes, estimates material planning, contract signing plan...), review close to the ground, natural and socio-economic conditions project implementation area, to identify factors
4/ Advantages and disadvantages in the construction of the following project.
5/ HSES
- Coordinate with the Safety Department. Staffing and suitable means to secure this part works effectively
6/ Establish total schedule, detailed schedule and monitor work perform
- Update arising progress and adjustments during project implementation
7/ Establish and directly direct the QA&QC team
- Make a Quality Management plan
- Establish overall BPTC schedule
- Approval of regular BPTC. associate with
Department of Financial Management examines complex financial procedures
- Participate in signing and accepting completed projects phase/item and completion of the Project
put to use
- Supervise the implementation of project QA work
8/ Establish and directly direct the QS team
- Prepare and check financial statements (CTC)
before submitting to Project Director for approval
- Prepare and check contract signing plans,
before submitting to Project Director for approval
- Check and sign all payment documents,
Finalize the settlement with the Investor before submitting to the Project Director
9/ Equipment management
- Planning construction site equipment
- Supervise the import and export process and use of equipment effective and economical way
- Calculate depreciation of equipment with large investments
10. Project human resource management
- Create and adjust the organizational chart according to stages
- Summarize, approve and report to Management
Managing the assignment of tasks to the Executive Board.
11. Training and development of forces
- Search for suitable quality human resources
Negotiate and introduce the Human Resources and Recruitment Department
- Commitment to the number of junior managers trained

12. Construction force
- Establish a construction organization model
- Search and build subcontractors and houses
supply, construction team, new contracting team
13. Construction site control
- Regularly check actual controls
outside the scene
- Have measures to control the construction site to ensure satisfaction
