Job Summary

Lead South Green Field new Auto-Warehouse design and implementation with optimum cost, quality

  • Efficiency and Cost Optimization
  • Ensure safety & quality assurance
  • Compliance to Suntory Pepsico Standard and SOPs/Policy
  • On-time project execution

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver South Green Field new Auto-Warehouse design and implementation

1.1. Project Initiation

  • Make SOW/RFQ and Auto-Warehouse installation plan
  • Collaborate with Machine supplier and SPVB cross functions (Supply chain, Production, QC, Maintenance, Logistics) to determine job requirements, technical requirements of the project
  • Lead technical evaluation of scopes
  • Participate in all technical related activities during the bidding process, and select suppliers

1.2. Project Execution

  • Capex management, Project Implementation Request (PR) according to guideline
  • On-site supervise respective works and projects during the implementation, construction and installation phase to ensure compliance with technical requirements, EHS standard
  • Lead to resolve problems that arise during project implementation

1.3. Project completion

  • Cooperate to fix pending issues
  • Contact with suppliers to organize training to hand over operating techniques
  • After acceptance alignment, handover of technical documents
  • Check final quality and quantity documents before payment for the contractor/suppliers
  • Documentation work
  • Manage and track the approval progress of Capex, PR, GRN, Acceptance Minutes, Completion Minutes, minutes of related meetings, etc. to ensure project progress.
  • Implement and monitor payment procedures for contractors.
  • Update records and technical documents for all arising projects. Store and hand over to the user unit.
  • Update laws related to implementation projects to require suppliers to comply properly.
  • Report to direct manager weekly on project progress, challenges and incidents noted during project implementation.

Your Team

Skills And Experience

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in relevant position. Experience at FMCG companies is a plus.
  • University degree in relevant industry. Engineering graduate is preferred,
  • Good understanding of equipment/ piping installation, the standard codes (ASME, ANSI, JIS,...), safety practice for construction site
  • Have at least 3-5 years experience in project management
  • Relevant experiences as project manager in engineering company,
  • Result oriented & master in project management.
  • Good communication with cross functions,
  • Cooperative, independent, self-motivation
  • Leading change
