Project Director (Foreign Real Estate Developer)

Our client is a leading industrial real estate developer with proven track record in many reputable projects, offers you a long-term opportunity in professional working environment.
Job Description:
- Oversee project development and implementation from beginning
- Manage project teams including development (master plan and detailed design), construction (project management) and technical (MEP, HSE, maintenance) departments
- Maintain good relationship with local authorities, on behalf of BOD to work with authorities
- Directly report to BOD
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Construction / Civil Engineering/ Real Estate or related majors
- At least 5 years in management position with relevant working experience, prefer experience in industrial real estate
- Good English communication
- Good project management and leadership skills
