Lazada Traffic Ops (OM) is responsible for Online marketing campaigns development in cost per traffic model and Off-site traffic growth across sources. You will be responsible for projects growth in both buyer & daily active user. In detail, you will be in charge of:
. Leading a team to drive end-to-end programmatic & partnership traffic performance
. Identifying and designing growth strategies with quantifiable objectives
. Developing and maintaining current programmatic (RTA) partnership building strategic incentive plan and long-term business relationship
. Doing search, onboard & incubate potential partners which match program's criteria across channels: DSP/SSP/ADX or other app partners for traffic exchange programs
. Developing category expertise to consult for partners
. Conducting comprehensive collaboration with key internal stakeholders such as Affiliate, Branding, PR, Lazada Sponsored Solutionsto drive partner activation
. Optimizing process of campaign materials creation (banner, audience, data feed, tracking tool)
. Managing RTA campaign operations to keep campaign running smoothly and deliver the KPIs
. Serving Brands and Seller campaigns via securing and operating media plan with key and new partners
. Initiating and leading any Traffic Ops initiatives

Job Requirements

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
. More than 4+ years of experience in digital marketing/affiliate marketing/partnership with proven track records in related campaigns
. Experience in executing and driving business partnership. Commercial experience is a big plus
. Experience in team management
. Outstanding communication skill and customer centric
. Excellent networking, negotiation capability with collaborative mindset to develop sustainable relationship with internal and external stakeholders
. Effective project management
. Logical thinking. Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers
. Self-motivated, can-do & patient and problem-solving attitude to deliver challenging KPIs
. Fluent in English and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
