We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Support to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, ticket management with strong analytical and communication skills. As a Production Support, you will play a vital role in helping our team to receive IT-related concerns, and then proceed to diagnose and solve these issues. You should also ensure the regular maintenance.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues
Work with Vendors, Stakeholder to remediate complex issues as needed.
Conduct research and market analysis to support decision-making.
Conduct UAT and training.
Prepare and present reports and findings to management.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation.
Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
At least 2++ years of experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem- solving skills.
Proven ability to multi-task, effectively determine priorities and meet SLA's.
Excellent communication relationship-building and internal customer service skills.
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing industry and work environment.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
