Hiring Purpose: The role serves as the primary bridge and ambassador between the company and assigned factory partners. She/he is fully accountable for driving factory performance, executing production protocols, and meeting all KPI targets on the POM Scorecard.
Core Responsibilities
- Quality & Protocols: Owns facility audit scores, fit accuracy, and testing timelines. Tracks daily production protocols, conducts root-cause analysis for defects, and trains/certifies factory QA teams.
- Delivery & Logistics: Partners with factory leadership and supply chain teams on seasonal capacity planning to ensure on-time delivery.
- Relationship & Communication: Acts as the central communication hub to resolve operational bottlenecks and executes daily tasks via a monthly Task Map.
- Optimization & ESG: Drives Lean manufacturing (7S, automation, efficiency) and monitors factory social compliance (COC/ESG) standards.
Structure & Requirements
- Reporting: Reports to the Operations Director (POD); directly manages one QA per factory.
- Experience: 5+ years of footwear/accessories management experience. Must have deep expertise in at least two fields: Quality, Production, or Lean Manufacturing.
- Key Skills: Lean/Six Sigma familiarity (Green/Black Belt preferred), CSR knowledge, and English fluency.
