Production Manager / QC

Job Description:

The production Manager prepares production planning to ensure sufficient stocks to support sales demand. He/She leads the Food Safety Team (ISO/FSSC) to ensure proper quality control.

Main Jobscope:

1) Plan out the production schedule

2) Ensure sufficient inventory (End product/raw materials)

3) Source for new products and manage suppliers

4) Work with the Production Supervisor to ensure the production team operates efficiently and in a safe working environment

5) Lead the Food Safety Team in managing quality control (ISO/FSSC)

6) Work with Quality Control Officer to ensure proper documentation and operation done according to standard procedures.

Requirement:

1) Have an education certificate for either:

• Food Technology
• Food Science
• Quality Control/Quality Assurance
• or any Food-related certificate

2) Able to speak and write English. (Bonus if can speak Chinese)

3) Have at least 2 years of relevant working experience

Salary: 15mil to 20mil (Negotiatable)
