Production Management: Ensure efficient and timely production operations, including production planning, task allocation, and overseeing the manufacturing process.
Quality Management: Ensure products meet high-quality standards and compliance with specifications, conduct quality inspections, and implement quality control measures.
Personnel Management: Lead and develop the production team, including training and enhancing staff capabilities, maintaining a safe and dynamic work environment.
Material and Resource Management: Manage the supply of materials, production equipment, and necessary resources to ensure continuous and efficient production.
Process Optimization: Propose and implement process improvements, optimize efficiency, and minimize waste.
Compliance with Safety and Environmental Regulations: Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations and environmental protection standards in production activities
Qualifications:
Experience and deep understanding of composite materials manufacturing processes, including molding, fiber layup, and other composite processing techniques.
Experience in Part material design (AutoCAD) + quotation cost option/ estimated cost calculation.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field advanced degrees or certifications in Production Management or Composite Materials are often preferred.
