Job Description:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and local business development teams to develop, execute, and refine commercial strategies to drive up the scale and adoption of AMS
  • Rollout new AMS features across local markets and manage the end-to-end delivery of its go-to-market strategy
  • Conduct market research to understand commercial and product offerings from competitor platforms and generate actionable business insights via qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Provide regular tracking and reporting on solution performance, oversee results against commercial targets to recommend strategy and action plans
  • Work closely with both product and business teams to find growth opportunities and solve problems resourcefully


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or a similar position
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with experience managing multiple stakeholders across different levels
  • Strong ownership and can work towards goals independently with drive resourceful and proactive problem-solver
  • Optional but a plus: Proficient in one or more SEA languages: i.e. Thai, Viet, Bahasa
