Job Description
Salary: Up to 1500$
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a clear product vision through customer/stakeholder research/feedback, data analysis, and user interviews.
- Build a product roadmap, drive the project vision, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Translate customer needs into feature specifications for software developers.
- Work cross-functionally with technology teams to prioritize product roadmaps and maintain delivery schedules.
- Own product discussions with stakeholders, create presentations, and explain product details clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop experiments to generate insights into user behaviors and feature usage patterns.
- Monitor performance metrics throughout project lifecycles and review all relevant reports regularly (error logs, etc.).
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the Fintech industry ecosystem.
- Support problem-solving by participating in problem-framing and working with team members to define solutions for product implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working on software products as a Product Owner/Business Analyst/Project Manager.
- At least 2 years of experience working on software development in any role (developer, designer, QC).
- Experience in developing ideas via mockups, information architecture, and feature requirement documents (FRD).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with different personalities.
- Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Willingness to provide information and receive constructive feedback.
- Experience in working with scrum teams and organizing the scrum process events.
- Strong user empathy and the ability to understand user needs and feelings.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of quality.
