Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Product Operations Executive located in Hanoi. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of products, conducting market research, managing project timelines, analyzing and managing data quality, and supporting cross-functional teams. You will be reporting to our CTO directly as part of a flat organisational structure.

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Excellent Excel and Google Sheets automation skills
• Market Research and Data Analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics , Transportation or related fields
• Experience in product development and project management in the logistics industry is a plus
• Experience with SQL, and other relevant data analysis tools is a plus
