Job Description

Job Description:

  • Work closely with the business department to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Work with external partners to integrate new service for product
  • Coordinate with Regional Product & Engineering team to initiate, discuss, review andsign-off new feature
  • Act as a specialist for the product, do testing, troubleshooting issues, creating SOP,etc
  • Work closely and give training to the other related teams when there is a new feature or product
  • Work on administrative task of the product, maintain existing app products (product management)

  • Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience
  • Proven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to management
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
  • Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
  • Strong problem solving skills, critical thinking and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
  • Good collaboration skill to work with cross functional teams
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant fields is a plus
  • Positive attitude and team player
