Cofano Software Solutions Asia offers the solution by digitizing and connecting the supply chain. We've built a digital twin in Europe and want to transfer our knowledge, expertise, and products to Vietnam. We've started with a port information platform that optimizes the barge visit operations at terminals in the port of Cai Mep, which diminishes barge congestion.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient product engineer to join our dynamic team. Someone curious about logistics and encaustic about digitization.

The function offers the opportunity to assist clients and partners with technical inquiries, troubleshooting user-related issues, and providing prompt and effective solutions. The successful candidate will be a key liaison between our clients, partners, and internal development teams, helping to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide timely and comprehensive technical support to customers using our barge operating software via email, chat, phone, and ticketing system;
• Collaborate with internal development and product teams to resolve technical issues;
• Actively participate in the software implementation process;
• Monitor software usage & proactively identify potential issues, participating in the continuous improvement of software quality and reliability (manual E2E testing);
• Assist in the roll-out of new software versions by writing test documents, assisting in User Acceptance tests, ensuring application configurations, and communicating release notes;
• Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect tracking system;
• Provide occasional after-hours and weekend support.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree (required), affinity with logistics/supply chain;
• Minimum one year of experience in Software development;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences;
• Proficient in written and English communication;
• Able to write the test cases, and make a test plan;
• Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus;
• Experience Testing API Using Postman is a plus.
