Process Excellence - Operations, Shopee

. Analyze operational metrics such as On-time, Productivity, and Cost efficiency and highlight the challenges in Mid-mile operations as well as propose solutions/initiatives with supporting data.

. Implement projects with Stakeholders: create overall checklists, design operation flows, assist in handling issues, and provide monitoring dashboards/reports.

. Collaborate with the Operation teams to plan capacity, design operation flow, and propose contingency plans during Big/Mega Campaigns, ensuring key metrics are committed.

. Cooperate with the First Last Mile/Other project team on cross- functional projects.

. Other tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time.

. Min 1+ years experience in positions related to Process Engineer, Process Excellence...

. Proficient in problem-solving skills: able to analyze issues and provide solutions based on reliable data

. Advanced Excel skills,

. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Being able to present in English is a plus

. Capable of multi-tasking and time management

. Keen on exploring and interested in continuous process improvement

. Knowledge of Power Query and Power Pivots will be a plus
