Priority Relationship Manager

Job Description

New clients acquisition:
. Acquire new clients to offer Priority products & services like Bancassurance/ Deposit/ Savings account.....
. Build on existing relationships to grow/ develop customer portfolio.
. Cultivates customer pipeline.
. Successful and consistent conversion of leads to sales.
. Generate potential new leads for other parts of bank e.g. Private Bank.
. Upgrade potential customers to Priority and Private Banking.
. Ensure accurate process transaction documentation.
. Refer to product specialists to sell more complex products based on identified needs.

Management of Customer Service Delivery:
. Providing remote service at good quality and service standards as set out by Team Manager
. Attend regular training / retraining in order to provide competent service excellence to new and potential customer
. Ensure transactions are processed with a high level of accuracy and commitment in order to satisfy customer needs.

. 3+ years of relevant experience
. Passion for sales and providing excellent customer service, with ability to deal with people of all levels in complex and difficult situations
. Highly results-driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with strong time management skills
. Team player with initiative and assertiveness
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
