Infosys – HRD – Principal- Employee Relations

As a Principal – Employee Relations, you will be responsible for driving and implementing the Employee Relations aspect of the HR strategy and objectives for the company, including employee management concerns, grievance handling, investigation resolution. Liaison with employee support groups and vendors to ensure quality and timely services, with the objective of increasing employee relations, and provide support across locations, and abiding by the norms of Infosys employee philosophy.
You will be guiding and supervising a team of ER specialists.

can be basedin New York NY, Raleigh NC, Indianapolis IN, Richardson TX, Palo Alto CA

Scope of Responsibility:

  • Review and decision making on various Employee Relations strategies of the company in US region

  • Lead investigation and resolution of any employee relations issues across locations.
    Review investigations by the ER specialists team members as needed.

  • Anchor the disciplinary committee and maintain a robust disciplinary handling procedure

  • Managing employee concerns and grievance handling as per process

  • Review and process improvement of employee
    verification process

  • Employee support and services

  • Track program compliance and initiate corrective actions, as indicated in the compliance audits

  • Serve as a key representative of HR in BCMS activities

  • Adherence to information security

  • Continuous process improvement of various processes under Employee Relations

  • Act as an advisor to HR leadership and Business leadership on Employee Relations practice in the region

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least13 years of work experience
