OUTCOME

Pre-Sales Management

  • Manage and plan Pre-Sales activities in line with company's direction
  • Develop effective Proof of Concepts (POC) to ensure the end-user solution can be delivered on time to generate sales revenue
  • Create and manage regular reporting cadence
  • Hold accountability for well organised project documentation and consolidation within the Pre-Sales team
  • Ensure activities are carried out in line with country and Company compliance policies
  • Targets achieved for Pre-Sales teams
  • Strong and effective POC and technical support processes established
  • Cloud/web technology native application effectively delivered
  • Regular reporting of progress updates established to ensure activities are managed in within budgets and are aligned with RHQ plans
  • Increased year-on-year win ratio and technical success of end user solutions
  • Zero non-compliance reference usage of 3rd party products


Customer & Channel Partner Support
  • Drive Company competitive advantage by developing end-to-end customer solution that can be integrated and improve customer business operations & process
  • Conduct and support customer and channel partner demonstrations or trainings
  • Increased customer satisfaction and loyalty & TAT improvements
  • Increased channel partners understanding and knowledge of Company product and solution offerings


Sales & Marketing Support
  • Develop and deliver training to enable internal teams to effectively promote products, ensuring that training content and quality is consistent with that provided by RHQ
  • Support the preparation and facilitation of events (workshops, seminars, roadshows)
  • Provide technical consultations to Sales and Marketing teams and/or channel partners
  • Provide competitive analysis on products across the market
  • Increased product/solution knowledge of Sales and Marketing teams, aligned with RHQ direction
  • Successful execution of events achieved
  • Zero non-compliance issues
  • Understanding of Company's marketing position established

Job Requirement:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business, IT, Electronics or related field

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
  • Preference will be given to those who have experience in firmware/software development
  • Experience leading, managing and motivating teams
  • Experience collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of the local market
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong understanding of business operations within Company, including commercial awareness of the sales and marketing processes
  • Ability to engage and motivate people and teams to achieve targets
  • Ability to monitor individual and team performance and to address performance issues on a team and individual basis
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Honest, discreet and with a high level of integrity
  • Analytical with attention to detail, operating to a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen
  • Computer literate (MS-Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
