WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....Specialist, Agency Engagement is the one who takes responsibility deliver agenda the engagement of agency by partnering with the Branch Head on strategic people engagement and culture building priorities.Report to: Manager, PA Acquisition & Engagement

Function: Agency Distribution | Department: Premier Advisory
Role: Individual ContributorRoles & Responsibilities:
Culture & Engagement : (80%):

  • Creating a detailed agency engagement plan and partner managers and agents to build a great working environment for a highly engaged business team under core values to continue improve business performance through various kinds of engagement programs and activities.
  • Implement engagement agenda yearly/quarterly/monthly to continuously improve agent engagement in Branch/Region
  • Increase agents satisfaction to ensure PA agents engagement by conducting survey, collecting feedback via multiples platforms emails/ social media/ phone calls
  • Partner with managers develop plans to improve agent engagement through one-on-one meetings with agents, focus groups, workshops, or other methods
  • Collaborate with PA Leaders to promote PA's core values and embed AIA HLBL by
  • Apply various tactics to boost agent retention and productivity across Branch/Zone levels.
Employer Branding : (20%)
  • Implementation of PA employer branding program
  • Deliver universities activity and events including monthly/ quarterly/ annually to enhance fresh talent pool for PA.
Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of work experience in employee engagement/ culture or insurance sales at management level
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Leadership Essentials: Curious learner / Collaborative Challenger / Determine Business Driver
