At AIA we've started an exciting movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.Sound like you Then read on.WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....POS Platform, Specialist who is responsible for managing non-core systems to ensure systems and process enhancement/modification for existing products/new products, business rules set-up/revised, and build up user manuals accordingly, coordinate/ represent Platform/Complex/Payment&Simple teams at inter-department projects
Roles and Responsibilities:Systems & Process enhancement/modification
- Responsibility of user requirements and collaboration with project team (Product, Acturial, IT) in order to update/ adjust/ enhance non-core systems for new products & existing products features revised/existing product day 2
- Ensure business rules are set-up and revised accordingly to new products/existing products revised
- Review/maintain/update manuals for non-core systems which captures/update all changes in order to guide POS users with right understanding
- Join in projects related systems and other related/connected systems
- Build/maintain/enhance control reports for Complex/Payment&Simple team to mitigate error.
- Responsibility for related audit reports and other department report related to POS side.
Cross-functional/ Inter-department & other
- Coordinate with othes departments to handle/resolve crisis/complaint cases
- Join in new products design/launching and existing products enhancement.
- Participate in other cross-functional projects relating to operating efficiency and customer service quality
- Work with TPA in initiatives/projects related CO
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned in order to support company's business.
Requirement:- Education - University Graduate
- Experience - At least 3-4 years of experience in POS service at insurance company & at least 1 year of experience in systems related
- Certifications/licenses - LOMA is preferred
- Special skills: Good in communication and interpersonal skill, decision-making skill, management skill and planning skill
- Customer Service Mindset
- Good in English speaking and writing is preferred
