About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations across Asia Pacific. Reporting to the GM APAC, this role will drive operational excellence, strengthen HSE culture, and build high-performing teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-site manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Standardize processes, improve productivity, and implement best practices across plants
- Drive HSE excellence and ensure full regulatory compliance
- Develop and coach operations teams, building strong leadership capability
- Improve plant performance using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven KPIs (OEE, yield, downtime, etc.)
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Quality, Commercial, Engineering) to support business growth
- Manage cost, productivity, and capital improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Polymer, Mechanical, or related field); MBA preferred
- 15+ years in manufacturing, with 8–10 years in plant or operations leadership
- Strong experience in chemical, plastics, polymer, or compounding environments
- Proven track record in multi-site operations, HSE leadership, and operational excellence
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills
