Develop custom plugins and themes for the WordPress system.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO under the guidance of experienced technical team members.
Support maintenance and troubleshooting: perform updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting under the guidance of technical team members.
Implement website design: work under the guidance of the Designer to implement designs on the website and improve user experience.
Develop and maintain a web application system to support website services:
Support the development of tracking codes, systems, and solutions for better user experiences.
Support the development of other infrastructures using modern frameworks and integrate with 3rd party platforms to enhance business and provide better UX.
Support the application of design thinking principles: apply design thinking principles to provide user-centric solutions under the guidance of technical team members.
Requirements
Strong English reading and comprehension skills: have the ability to comprehend technical documentation, communicate effectively in English, and understand project requirements with clarity.
Adherence to clear coding principles: should has the ability and intent to write concise, clear, easily readable, and maintainable code under the guidance of technical team members.
Basic understanding of programming languages and databases: understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL for participating in customizing and developing website features.
Basic understanding of web development: Familiarity with web development concepts and a willingness to learn about WordPress development. Experience with WordPress development and other modern frameworks is a plus.
Interest in WordPress development and its potential in SEO and Marketing: Its mandatory to have eagerness to work with WordPress as a framework for website development for SEO and Digital Marketing.
Communication skills: Have the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, especially designers and technical staff.
Understanding of design principles: Basic understanding of design principles and willingness to collaborate with the design team to implement website designs effectively.
