- Building and implementing business targets Business is assigned to Group v of individuals
- Manage, consult, measure, create and supervise a team of Experts, Employees, and Collaborators under the scope of management in the sale of products Personal banking includes: loan products, credit cards, payroll, personal payment Director, support sales work of members to ensure that the Group strictly adheres to service quality, credit quality and process
- Be responsible before the Sales Director for instructions Assigned Team Title
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Unit Head Job Requirement

- University graduate or higher majoring in Economics at the Schools of National Economics, Foreign Trade, Commerce, Institute of Finance, Banking Academy,...
- Having at least 03 years of experience in banking and finance and 1 year in a managerial position.
- Good relationship management, measurement and relationship building skills
- Good negotiation, persuasion and risk management skills
- Dynamic, honest and good ability to work under pressure
