Job Description:
- Isssue employment contract for Permanent and Temp employees
- Create, update and revise employee data in the system : HRIS / EMPEO / Main database
- Prepare and recheck employee data for Onboarding Process.
- Maintain criminal record and blacklist data.
- Improve and develop effectiveness process and tracker
- System : HRIS, EMPEO, FMS, Main Data, UMS
Requirements:
- At least 5 Year experiences in HR Serices, HRIS and Database
- Ability to lead team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skill
- Advance excel is a MUST. Knowledge in BI tools and Power Platform is a plus.
- Good communication in English
